About

I'm a technologist, consultant and tinkerer of all things digital. My passion in life is learning - and I learn best by taking things apart, and sometimes even rebuilding them!

I work as an architect and technology lead, leading teams to deliver complex, large-scale digital products.

Over the past decade I've worked across financial services, government, retail, logistics and everything in between. My approach is always human-centred: technology is a means to an end, and the end is always about the people. I find this to be universally true; whether it's you, your team, your stakeholders, or your users - and usually a combination thereof.

More recently I've been helping organisations build digital maturity, particularly around AI adoption. This means designing practical, agentic systems and establishing processes for the future that keep humans in the loop, enabling teams to move faster without losing quality or control.

Outside of work I'm an avid chef, photographer and general tech nerd. I'm drawn to unusual ways of controlling or displaying, modernised retro hardware, and anything that challenges conventional expectations of what a thing is supposed to do or how a thing ought to work.
